*Exhibitors may remove their collateral after the final networking break on the last day of the event only if it can be carried from the event space by a single person. No trolleys, ladders, tools or machinery will be allowed in until 18:00

Please note these requirements for space only stands:

• Booth not to exceed 2.5m high
• Platform/floors to the stand are to be no taller than 50mm
• Full walls cannot exceed more than 50% of the longest side of the booth
• Stand design to be submitted to the organiser for approval no later than 25^th September, 2022
• Method statements and risk assessments to be completed and submitted to the organiser no later than two weeks out from the event (11^th October, 2022)

*GSMA shall not be liable to the Company for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Company in connection with the provision of (or failure wholly or partly of) any services or goods provide by third parties in connection with the Event or the partner package including without limitation in relation to the provision of utilities freight shipment the transport and delivery of sponsorship and or exhibition material to the Venue, work undertaken by third party contractors (whether or not GSMA sub-contractors) and services provided by the Venue. The Company acknowledges that services provided by GSMA official or recommended contractors to the Company are the subject of a separate agreement between the Company and the contractor. Although Organizer shall use reasonable care in selecting official or recommended contractors, GSMA shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Company in connection with the provision of services to the Company by such contractors.

Please note:

• Please ensure that any items that are sent to the venue are labelled with your company name so that they can be easily recognised.
• Due to limited storage space, the venue will only be able to accept the deliveries from Wednesday, 19 October until Friday 21 October 2022.
• The hotel and GSMA are not responsible for loss or damage of any stored items.
• The hotel has the right to refuse storage of items in case security checks categorize them as perishable, high risk, illegal etc.
• All deliveries should be made between 09:00 to 17:00.
• All items must be collected within two days of the event.
• Your company has to bear all shipping costs and any costs incurred from customs clearance. It is your company’s responsibility to follow all necessary procedures in order to clear customs.
