Speaker Bio
Sali Hafez is a research manager and mixed methods researcher at The Research People. Her work focuses on innovation and local humanitarian action. She has supported organisations in conflict-affected regions to understand their progress and impact, with her most recent work focused on health, gender equity and inclusion. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She led the project management of the GSMA/UNHCR User Perspective Study. She supported the study design, participatory approaches, data collection, and analysis In Lebanon, Papua New Guinea and South Sudan.
