Speaker Bio
Olufemi “Femi” Arosanyin is a seasoned telecommunications professional with over fifteen years of experience in business development and general management. He has managed multidisciplinary and multicultural teams on various front-line telecommunications projects in Africa, Europe, America & Asia.
He has been the Chief Commercial Officer for IHS Nigeria since February of 2016, and is responsible for the Tower company’s Business Growth and Revenue.
Before joining IHS Towers, Femi worked with Ericsson for about ten years where he served as the Managing Director of Ericsson Cameroon and Key Account Director within the Nigerian market, respectively; and successfully drove Ericsson’s largest business Portfolio in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has been very successful at driving initiatives for high margin business growth.
Prior to joining Ericsson, he worked in Systems Engineering and Operations with Aperto Networks Ltd in the United States, THISS Technologies in Singapore, and Telecom Technologies International Ltd in Nigeria.
Femi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Ilorin, Nigeria and a Master of Science degree with specialization in Satellite Applications from the International Space University, France. He is an Alumnus of INSEAD, London Business School (LBS), & Harvard Business School (HBS) Executive Education. He is a registered member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
