Anne-Rachel Inné is the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Regional Director for Africa. She also serves as liaison to the African Union and UNECA. A 25 years veteran of international telecommunications - Internet/ICTs expert, she has worked as an executive at several global Internet root organisations. She holds an MBA in International Finance/Economics-International Management.
